The promoter Jesus "Tito" Escalera is a USA Boxing referee, judge, coach, trainer, mentor and accomplished fighter.  He currently holds the WBC Fecarbox Heavy, UBO InterContinental, UBO Latino, Colombian Heavyweight, American Boxing Federation American West and Mid-American Heavyweight Titles.  He is a 2023 Florida Boxing Hall of Fame Inductee and board member.   Originally from Bayamon Puerto Rico, he started fighting at the age of 16 in West Palm Beach, FL following in the footsteps of a long line of fighters in his family.  He trained in kick boxing and boxing for 2 years and started fighting for Manny Reyes Jr. Combat Sporting events. He was a fighter in the “Tough-Man” contests and has fought sponsored and worked with many gyms throughout Florida, Georgia and Connecticut.    As an amateur fighter, Tito was the Golden Gloves runner up in 2011 in the state of Connecticut.  In 2012 he moved to the Tampa Bay area where he trained and fought out of “Macho Time” gym under the mentorship and coaching of Coach Ramon Ortiz, who encouraged him to utilize his talents and knowledge with the youth through USA Boxing.   Tito was a USA Boxing Referee and Judge and volunteered many hours to the youth prior to becoming a promoter.

Joey Orduna is the matchmaker for T&K Boxing Promotions. Joey  brings almost ten years of experience in the business of professional boxing and has promoted eight events of his own under the Mad Integrity Fight Sports brand. He has  co-promoted fights with Dibella Entertainment as well as Top Rank Boxing. Among the many big names promoted on his shows include: Radivoje "Hot Rod" Kalajdzic, Clarence "Mr. St. Pete" Booth, Miguel Cruz, Lenin Castillo, Armando "the Gentleman" Alvarez, Steed "The Stallion Woodall among many others.  Recently, Joey has become one of the most sought after matchmakers in the country and has a reputation of matching some of the most exciting and competitive shows in the nation. Before entering the business world of boxing, Joey trained as a fighter and was involved with multiple training camps where he developed relationships with Angelo Dundee, Emanuel Steward, Miguel Cotto and Jeff Mayweather just to name a few.  Joey was inducted into the Florida Boxing Hall of Fame in 2022. 

In January of 2024 the T&K Boxing Promotions family experienced a tremendous loss as matchmaker extraordinairre Joey Orduna passed away from Cancer.  Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.

Khalilah Escalera is the Event Manager, Creative Director and Public Relations representative for T&K Boxing Promotions and brings more than 15 years of experience in event planning in the public sector, to include sporting event management, community event and professional training event coordination.  Originally from the Bronx, NY, she grew up in a household where her father was an avid boxing fan, and was named after Khalilah Ali, former wife of Muhammad Ali.    Mrs. Escalera currently works as a Reentry & Community Outreach Coordinator for the Department of Justice and holds a Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida, a Master's Degree in Administration from the University of South Florida, and a Digital Marketing Certificate from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
